Hi, I’m Clare — an integrative practitioner offering gentle, nature‑inspired support for adults, children, and young people. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens the same way it does in nature: slowly, safely, and in its own time.
Just as the body softens when we step into a quiet forest or breathe in fresh air, the nervous system settles when it feels held with care.

My approach is trauma‑aware, nervous‑system‑first, and guided by what you need on the day — no pressure, no rush, no expectation to talk before you’re ready.
I create a calm, grounded space where you can pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. A space that feels steady and natural, like returning to your own inner landscape. Together, we follow your pace, working gently with the body, the breath, and the wisdom that rises when we slow down enough to listen.

I’ve woven this deep connection into everything I do. The trees, the earth underfoot, the changing seasons – they remind me (and my clients) that healing is natural, gradual, and always available when we slow down enough to receive it.
