taking the first step
I know how difficult it can be to reach out for support. Many of the people I work with tell me that the hardest part is simply taking that first step — picking up the phone, sending a message, or filling out the contact form.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in survival mode, carrying grief, struggling with anxiety, or dealing with long-held emotional overload, it’s completely normal to feel hesitant. Your nervous system has likely been protecting you for a long time, and asking for help can feel vulnerable.
Please know this: You don’t need to have everything figured out before you contact me. You don’t need to be in crisis. You are welcome exactly as you are.
Taking that first step can be the beginning of feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself again.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or simply curious, you’re welcome to reach out or see my blog for tips on self care
SUPPORT YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM WHEN LIFE FEELS TOO MUCH
SUPPORT YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM WHEN LIFE FEELS TOO MUCH
Many people find me when they’re experiencing things like:
Anxiety and constant overthinking
Feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or emotionally drained
Tension in the body
– tight chest, knots in the stomach, jaw clenching, racing heart
Sleep issues
– trouble switching off, restless nights, waking in the night
Feeling disconnected or “shut down”
– numbness, flatness, or going through the motions
Sensitivity to noise, people, or everyday stress
Carrying old experiences or trauma that still live in the body
You don’t need a diagnosis or perfect words—simply knowing something doesn’t feel right is enough.
