My father lovingly grew roses and chose my name with great care.
Every morning he would sing The Lovely Rose of Clare to me. Those moments of love became one of the strongest foundations of my life. Today, the rose remains at the heart of everything I do.
The logo for Unity With Clare honours both of my parents.
The gentle hands holding the rose represent the love, strength and roots they gave me—gifts that continue to guide me even though they are no longer physically here. Yet those early experience became the foundation of Unity With Clare.
Today, I believe grief is about more than simply surviving loss.
It is about understanding how grief affects our body, mind, emotions and sense of identity, while discovering that it is possible to carry love forward with hope.

A Journey Rooted in Nature
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the quiet strength and gentle healing of the natural world. Whether wandering forest paths, feeling the warm breeze at a sandy beach. I’ve woven this deep connection into everything I do. The trees, the earth underfoot, the changing seasons – they remind me (and my clients) that healing is natural, gradual, and always available when we slow down enough to receive it.

How I like to work
I specialise in gentle, trauma‑aware nervous system regulation for adults and who feel overwhelmed, emotionally overloaded, burnt out, or stuck in a constant state of alert. My work supports your body to feel safe enough to soften, settle, and release what it’s been holding — without pressure to talk, relive, or explain everything. Alongside my work with adults, I also offer specialist, age‑appropriate support for children and young people, including gentle bereavement support, always rooted in nervous system safety.
Participants often enter deep relaxation and experience improved spiritual wellbeing and reduced physical pain.

Grounding In Nature With Healing Sounds – Spending time around moving water is a simple way to ease stress, simple actions like this can help you reconnect with nature, calm your mind and reduce stress hormones naturally.
Water is fundamental to life. Our bodies are primarily composed of water, and throughout human history, access to clean water has been a key determinant of survival. Our brains have evolved to recognize and respond to water as a source of comfort, safety, and nourishment. The sight and sound of water trigger a primal sense of security. It’s a recognition of something essential to our very being.
Our ancestors instinctively understood the importance of water sources.
Civilizations flourished near rivers, lakes, and oceans.
