Nervous‑
System‑Led Emotional Healing

I specialise in gentle, trauma‑aware nervous system regulation for adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally overloaded, burnt out, or stuck in a constant state of alert.
My work supports your body to feel safe enough to soften, settle, and release what it’s been holding — without pressure to talk, relive, or explain everything.
Alongside my work with adults, I also offer specialist, age‑appropriate support for children and young people, including gentle bereavement support, always rooted in nervous system safety.

Participants often enter deep relaxation and experience improved spiritual wellbeing and reduced physical pain.

I know how difficult it can be to reach out for support. Many of the people I work with tell me that the hardest part is simply taking that first step — picking up the phone, sending a message, or filling out the contact form.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in survival mode, carrying grief, struggling with anxiety, or dealing with long-held emotional overload, it’s completely normal to feel hesitant. Your nervous system has likely been protecting you for a long time, and asking for help can feel vulnerable.

Please know this: You don’t need to have everything figured out before you contact me. You don’t need to be in crisis. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Taking that first step can be the beginning of feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself again.
